We are currently recruiting for the position of Plant Manager for our Life Sciences plant, Citywest, Dublin. The successful candidate has responsibility for the integration of the current organisation into the Saint-Gobain environment and ensuring the correct behaviours aligned to all Saint-Gobain operations, whilst maintaining the current operations capabilities. The plant manager shall oversee all plant activities in order to meet business objectives consistent with quality compliance requirements within the Pharma sector. They are responsible for all plant functions to ensure efficient coordination of all operations of the processing plant, delivery of all business budgetary and programme commitments, whilst at all times maintaining full compliance to statutory, EHS and quality obligations. They shall be both visible and vocal in promoting an environment where trust, teamwork (both functional and cross-functional), open communication, engagement, continuous improvement and excellence in customer service/experience are continuously improved.

The successful candidate must hold a qualification in engineering, quality and or operations management. Proficiency in MS is essential. They must have demonstrable skills in persuasiveness and operations and leadership. The candidate must have an advanced level of skills in several technical areas, EHS, engineering, supply chain, project management and personnel supervision and motivation.
