Customer Experience Week at Saint-Gobain: Celebrating Customer Obsession
From 29th September to 3rd October, we celebrated Customer Experience Week across Saint-Gobain in Ireland, a week all about putting our customers first and showing what Customer Obsession really looks like in action.
Across our sites, the teams got involved with a mix of fun and insightful activities.
From webinars and customer talks to a couple of competitive Kahoot quizzes, the focus was about learning and sharing how can we keep improving the way we connect with and serve our customers?
At our Technical Academy in Dublin (Kilcarbery), we had the pleasure of welcoming John and Audrey from Gerard Kelly Hardware. As long-standing customers, they shared their
experience and what great service means to them. Their stories were a powerful reminder that behind every product and delivery is a relationship built on trust and care.
To add a little extra joy, we surprised our customers with sweet treats during deliveries, a small gesture to say thank you for their continued support and partnership. Customer Experience Week gave us the chance to reflect, learn, and celebrate — not just our
customers, but the teams who work hard every day to deliver great service.
