About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our friendly, supportive team. You’ll be at the heart of our customer 
experience, helping merchants, contractors, and colleagues while delivering the exceptional service our customers rely on.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Process orders accurately in SAP
  • Keep customers updated on deliveries and stock
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Handle queries and feedback with empathy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Good organisation and multitasking ability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (SAP or Salesforce a plus)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping people
