- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement solutions, resolve challenges, and continuously improve processes.
- Research and evaluate design proposals, specifications, and data to determine feasibility, cost, and maintenance needs.
- Design and specify system components and modifications to meet performance and quality requirements.
- Lead or support the procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Investigate equipment issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to design teams based on real-world performance and user needs.
- Supervise and support technicians during project delivery, fostering an environment of learning and respect.
- Conduct research and testing to evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Write performance requirements and prepare detailed engineering documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Ensure project budgets, timelines, and quality standards are agreed and achieved.
- Use computer-based tools (including CAD and MS Office) to analyse data, prepare reports, and communicate effectively.

- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills — comfortable collaborating across functions.

- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to take initiative.
- Open-minded, innovative, and eager to learn.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a supportive and diverse engineering community where your voice and ideas matter.
- Work on impactful projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Develop your career through mentorship, training, and exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines.
