Saint-Gobain Sponsors the 4th SIG Women in Construction Day

Saint‑Gobain was proud to sponsor the SIG Women in Construction Day last week at The Westbury Hotel, Dublin. The event gathered more than 85 senior female leaders from across the construction industry — directors, architects, suppliers, consultants, fire protection 
specialists, and government representatives — for an afternoon of open conversation and meaningful connection.

Lara Gomes, Sales Specification Manager at Saint‑Gobain, spoke during the panel 
discussion, which explored personal career journeys, workplace culture, allyship, 
technology, and the human side of leadership. Panellists shared reflections on caregiving, ambition, and the challenges women still face in the sector.
