We are currently recruiting for the position of HR Manager. This is a fixed term maternity leave contract. Working as part of the HR team, the successful candidate will provide a HR Service to Saint Gobain Construction Products Ireland and Saint Gobain Mining Ireland Ltd to include Recruitment, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Projects, Employee Engagement, Compliance, HR Administration etc. The appointee will report to the Head of HR and the role is based in Kingscourt Cavan. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally within a complex environment and build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
The successful candidate must be degree qualified. They must have proven experience in a similar role preferably a unionised environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, is influential, flexible and ability to multi-task. HR Systems are essential.
