Customer Services Trainee

A unique opportunity has presented itself within our Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to launch their career with some of the most recognised brands, GYPROC and ISOVER, in the Irish construction industry.  As part of this team they will be exposed to the operational challenges and opportunities a global company can bring.

Working within a team of 7, the customer service trainee will provide quality and efficient customer service to our customers through their daily tasks as guided by the customer service team leader. They will support the customer service executives by fully learning and executing order processing and all other customer service procedures. The Traineeship is for a period of 12 months during which full training will be provided.  On successful completion of the traineeship, there is an opportunity to become a permanent member of the Customer Services Team.

The ideal candidate will have completed and passed their Leaving Certificate. They must be PC literate with regular use of Word and Excel.
